This policy explains what information we collect through amplify-movement.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is run by The Amplify Movement, led by Eric and Lisa Lowry, real estate agents affiliated with eXp Realty. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean The Amplify Movement.

Amplify Movement is a resource and training platform for real estate professionals. It offers content such as downloadable guides and playbooks, articles, live webinars and events, webinar recordings, and other training. This policy applies to all of it, including any forms, registrations and member areas on the site.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in a form, register for a webinar or event, create an account, or contact us, we collect what you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, brokerage or business details, and any message you send.
• Information from webinars and events. If you register for or attend a live session, we may record your registration, whether you attended, and anything you choose to share during it, such as questions, chat messages or poll answers. Live sessions may be recorded and made available to others afterward.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting, form and analytics providers record basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as a download, a webinar link or recording, or access to training.
• To send you related resources, training, event invitations and updates from The Amplify Movement. This may include information about working with us and about joining eXp Realty.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To run, secure and improve the site and our content, and to understand how they are used.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can use it at any time, or email us at the address below and we will remove you.

Text messages

Some forms may ask for a mobile number and your consent to receive text messages from us. We only send texts to people who have agreed to receive them.

• Texts may include reminders, links to content you requested, and information about our resources, training and events.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with
